Color Coated Aluminum Coil

Color coated aluminum coil, also called pre-painted aluminum coil, is produced by Henan Henry with a broad range of mechanical properties and spectrum of finished includes high durability exterior coatings, epoxy resin, polyesters, fluorocarbons and metallics. RAL Colors can be optional. Most coatings are available on one or both sides, and painted with 2 or 3 layers, or according to customers requirements.

Our plain aluminum is degreased, chemically pre-treated and coated in a single production step , then have a high-quality uniform coating reproducible at any time and a material which has been developed for easy processing for a variety of application.

As a high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, PE (polyester) coating is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure, makes paint surface luster and smooth, which assure good printing on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board.

PVDF( fluorine-carbon) is essentially a mixture of a number of components such as fluorocarbon resins which provides the fluorine enzyme, ester solvent, paint and alcohol. A mixture of these components makes a coating which gives more strength and resistance to aluminum. PVDF coating is an important element to supplement the aluminum coil perfectly.
