3003 aluminum plate is often used in general sheet metal work, stamped, spun and drawn parts, cabinets, mail boxes, food and chemical storage and handling. If part is to be anodized consider 5005, if higher strength is desired consider 5052.
The 3003 alloy belong to non heat treatable alloy, but have excellent corrosion resistance and formability, also have fair anodzing characteristics. 3003 aluminum plate is often used in general sheet metal work, stamped, spun and drawn parts, cabinets, mail boxes, food and chemical storage and handling. Normally 5005 can be used for anodizing. 5052 have higher strength compare to 3003. 3003-H14 have a wide range of sizes for your choose.
