It is the most widely used aluminum alloy in welded structures.


Aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys are collectively referred to as anti-rust aluminum plates, because the alloy components between the two increase their anti-corrosion performance. The representatives of aluminum-manganese alloys are 3003 aluminum plate, 3004 aluminum plates, and 3105 aluminum plate. The first type is widely used. The second type is generally used on tops of cans. The latter type is used on wires and other conductive materials with high electrical conductivity requirements. The aluminum-magnesium alloy is based on the content of magnesium alloy in order of 5005 aluminum plate, 5252 aluminum plate, 5251 aluminum plate, 5050 aluminum plate. , 5052 aluminum plate, 5754 aluminum plate, 5083 aluminum plate, 5086 aluminum plate, etc. are used in some industries with high corrosion resistance and high strength requirements, such as shipbuilding, containers and subway high-speed trains. Ai-Mn alloy has higher corrosion resistance and strength than pure aluminum due to the effect of manganese, and has good weldability and plasticity, but the cutting performance is poor. Due to the effect of magnesium, Al-Mg series alloys have a lower density than pure aluminum, higher strength than Al-Mn alloys, and have quite good corrosion resistance.


The aging hardness effect of the anti-rust aluminum alloy is extremely weak, and it can only be hardened by cold deformation, but the plasticity will be significantly reduced.


AL-Mn series alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum plate. This alloy has high strength, especially with fatigue resistance: high plasticity and corrosion resistance, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, and its plasticity is good when it is hardened by semi-cold work , Low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor cutting performance, can be polished.
