1. The bending side is parallel to the rolling direction of the  color coated aluminum coil, so that it is easy to crack and turn the bending direction by 90 degrees.

2. There are too many 180-degree bending angles, which are larger than the minimum bending radius, and the bending radius is generally 1.5 times of the plate thickness

3. The reason for the material is that some color coated aluminum coil are alloys, and the toughness is not as good as pure aluminum plates, and they are easy to crack.

4. The thickness of the plate is too thick, bending 180 degrees exceeds the bending limit of the material. The bending coefficient of the color aluminum plate is regular, generally 0.8 times the thickness of the aluminum plate
