1100 Aluminum strip used for processing needs good formability and high corrosion resistance components, but it is not used for high strength parts and tube. Aluminum strip is used as aluminum cans tanks and aluminum heat sink material. It is mainly used for processing parts which need good formability, high corrosion resistance, or solderability.

Aluminum strip has good forming performance, corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, medium static strength, which is used to make airplane oil tank, oil pipe, as well as the transportation vehicles, ships, sheet metal parts, instrument, lamps stent and rivet, metal products,  and also can be divided into different length and width according to the need.

The main processing equipment of aluminium strip is slitting unit, which can be divided into required length and width according to needs. Of course, the equipment of sliver processing is universal, also can process copper coil, and the processing product is called copper belt.
