2. Thickness of aluminum plate

Aluminum plates that are too thick are not easy to bend. We understand as soon as we think about them. Try to use thinner aluminum plates.

3. The distance of bending R angle

The larger the bending R angle, the higher the success rate, so try to increase the bending R angle

4. Texture direction of aluminum plate

The bending direction should be perpendicular to the texture direction of the aluminum plate and cannot be parallel.

The aluminum plate parts that need to be brushed are best to be bent and then drawn after the process permits, otherwise the probability of bending and cracking will be added.

First, the state is the most important

The state is divided into full hard, semi-hard, and soft state (usually soft state is called O state). The bending effect of full hard is basically not good (the aluminum plate state is H18, H19, H38, etc. are all hard), semi-hard state Basically, the aluminum plate can be bent (H24 is also semi-hard). The bending in the O state is certainly no problem, but because it is too soft, basically the bending in this state is relatively small.

The second is whether you choose pure aluminum or alloy aluminum

The hardness of pure aluminum is not very high, 1100, 1050, 1060, etc. can be used. It is recommended to use 1100 H26 alloy aluminum. The hardness of aluminum alloy is better. You can use 3003, 3005, 5052 and other semi-hard states.

It is recommended to determine the specific situation of the sample again. If the hardness is too high with 6061, 2024, and 7075, especially in the T6 state, it should not be bent, unless heated and then folded, the difference between a good quality aluminum plate and a poor quality aluminum plate is If the oxidation performance, tolerance, surface effect, crystal accuracy and uniform stability are different, the bending effect alone is not much different.
