Aluminum foil for sandwich panel


We have a wide range of aluminum foil for the inner face of polyurethane sandwich panels. We can supply the foil with an optimal primer for its adhesion to rigid foam, be it PIR or PUR. On the outside, the material can be delivered with a glossy lacquer that also improves the anti-corrosion resistance of the material.


As for the finishes, the embossed foil is recommended because by increasing the contact surface with the PIR / PUR foam, better adhesion is achieved. For orders over 10 tons, the customer's brand can be engraved on the material, enhancing the customer's image.

As for the standard alloys, those of the 8xxx series predominate: aluminum 8011 and aluminum 8079, in annealed finishes (O, H12, H22) and also aluminum 1235. Go to the aluminum foil section.


Aluminum foil for insulating sheets


We have a wide range of aluminum foil for the manufacture of composite materials for insulation. Depending on the type of material you want to adhere to the aluminum foil, we can offer you thicknesses from 20µ to 100µm. We can also offer you lacquered aluminum foil in different colors, for the manufacture of waterproofing asphalt sheets or for thermal insulation of roofs of houses and civil works. Aluminum for lagging


We have a large stock of aluminum coils for lagging installations. Our aluminum has a bright finish and high ductility that makes it easy to work with.


Presentation: pallet with 4 aluminum coils of 125kg each. We have coils with film and without protective film.

Standard widths: 1000mm and 1250mm.

Standard thicknesses: 0.60 and 0.80m.


Heat-insulated vapor barrier

The composite insulation coating consists of a plastic film applied by heat on a metal coil, usually aluminum, although it is also possible to apply it to stainless steel or galvanized steel coils. The objective is to create a vapor barrier that protects the metal from the vapors and humidity generated by the installation.


The plastic film is made up of 3 layers of 3 coextruded polyethylenes, so that it completely isolates moisture, protecting the metal strip from corrosion.


Standard polyfilm is manufactured in blue, although other colors are also available on request.
